Patient came after 2 years of hysterectomy with constant abdominal pain. Sonography showed ovarian cyst of 6×5 cm. On laparoscopy, there were too much of adhesions of the cyst to the pelvic wall ,bladder & omentum. Removal was done successfully and patient discharged after 24 hours.
