Patient came from outstation (khategaon) with complaints of severe bleeding during menses & only partial relief with medicines. Sonography showed bulky uterus with 7 × 6.5 cm paraovaian cyst.Patient was treated at our centre by laparoscopic hysterectomy & was discharged after 48 hours.
